In June, the offer in Gironde on collaborative platforms increased by 12% compared to June 2020 while, at the same time, the volume of rented nights increased by 40% on average, generating 26,3 million euros of income.
At the end of June, the forecast occupancy rates increased compared to the end of May for the months of July (+7 points to 65%) and August (+4 points to 69%), exceeding the levels of 2019, the last pre-covid reference year.
