GAEC The mushrooms of Antre-Deux-Mers

Stone quarries, first exploited at the beginning of the 50th century, are now home to our organically grown mushrooms. These underground quarries offer ideal conditions for our mushrooms (temperature, hygrometry, etc.). We therefore offer organic products at a price accessible to all. We distribute our production on a local scale, within a radius of XNUMX km. Also, we favor relationships with local farmers, AMAP, markets, restaurants and direct sales at the quarry every Saturday morning.
