Our oysters grow in our parks, at Banc d'Arguin, Grand Banc, Courbey or in the Mapouchet maturing park, near the Ile aux Oiseaux, in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, facing Cap- Ferret and the Dune du Pilat.
