La Cabane du Paliquey is located at the entrance to the western breakwater of the port of La Teste de Buch. Nicolas has been practicing since 2003 and comes from a 5th generation of oyster farmers. 150 m² of shaded terrace, a seawater pond, access adapted for disabled people, sober but chic decoration, all embellished with paintings. You can taste oysters raised in deep water and matured for 6 months, prawns, whelks, winkles, all washed down with a small glass of white or rosé, but it is also a retail sale.
