For four generations, our family has been involved in the cultivation of oysters. La Cabane d'Hortense is located opposite the conche du Mimbeau and the dune du Pilat. The oysters are farmed in the Mimbeau and Banc d'Arguin parks. On winter days, you taste the oysters at the foot of the fireplace.
