A stone's throw from the oyster museum, Cayouckette (a seagull in local patois) welcomes you to the port of Larros in its typical cabin (heated in winter), with a shaded terrace with a magnificent and breathtaking view of the the basin for a tasting or retail sale of Arcachon oysters, raised by him.
A great wine lover, he has selected local bottles that go wonderfully with his oysters. He talks to you with passion about his profession, his ports, the Arcachon basin where he was born.
