"Roux Frères" oyster hut, located in the oyster port of Andernos and founded in 1894, a family business that welcomes customers all year round.
Sale at the cabin every day of the year from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 30 p.m. to 14 p.m. (depending on the tides).
You will also find us at the covered market from Friday to Sunday all year round out of season and from Tuesday to Sunday in July and August.
Thanks to the "Pescatourism" formula, it is possible to go out on the oyster beds with the oyster farmer who tells you all the workings of the trade while enjoying splendid views of the Bassin d'Arcachon, while tasting oysters accompanied by white wine, for €45 per person and for a duration of approximately 6 hours.
