Véronique and Sébastien have been feeding breeders since 2005 in the commune of Caudrot.
They created a new farm for breeding, force-feeding and marketing their products, under the Autrefoie entity.
Owners of a 7,5 hectare vineyard on the slopes of Caudrot, the undergrowth was the ideal place to raise their ducks.
Their first desire to communicate on our know-how to customers, involves the creation of a shop on the site, to promote the direct sale of our fresh and canned products.
Foie gras is a noble product with a refined and unique taste. It is with pleasure that they offer you their specialties.
