House Lillet

Do you know Le Lillet? This Bordeaux aperitif combines wine and different fruit liqueurs. In Podensac, 30 km south-east of Bordeaux, Maison Lillet owes its creation in 1887 to Father Kermann, a doctor who left for Brazil from the port of Bordeaux. Discover a mythical place between distillery, museum and success story from the United States in the 30s thanks to Michel Dreyfus, a New York merchant.
At the heart of the Graves vineyard, come and discover the site where Lillet is produced. This aperitif, with flavors of oranges and cinchinoa, is matured in a noble and traditional way in oak barrels. Come across stills and cauldrons during your visit. Admire some “pin-ups” from the 30s on old advertising posters and remember James Bond and his hit Lillet in the film Casino Royal, while savoring yours at the Maison Lillet bar.

Our store is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m., closed on public holidays and Saturdays from 01/11 to 31/03.
