Le Monte à Bord, the Compagnie de l'Huître's tasting terrace in the village of l'Herbe, is a window overlooking the sea. An exceptional setting by the beach. The oysters are born, raised and refined on the Basin, they are tasted with a carefully chosen glass of white wine. The terrace of the Monte à Bord is designed for intimate meals one-on-one as well as for meetings with family, friends and groups.
