In collaboration with regional producers, Sandrine Gondolo, Master Artisan, selects their fresh fruits and vegetables at the optimum stage of maturity and then sublimates them into jam.
These recipes from the memory of the elders, or pure creations on my part, respect the origin and the typicality of the products. Come and discover the mysteries of our laboratory, so that the magic of jams surprises your taste buds. You will perceive the passion of my art by tasting its achievements whether they are classic, atypical or daring.

Jams from €2 to €15, honey and Sauternes delicacies €7,50, wine confit €8.
Snack in summer by reservation from €8 per person.
