My breeding is exclusively made up of animals belonging to the Blonde d’Aquitaine breed.
Each of my animals is born and raised on the farm. They grow at their own pace.
Calving takes place all year round, in the barn or in the meadows.
More and more consumers are choosing to buy local products directly from the farm.
It was by making this observation that I opted for short circuit sales, without intermediaries.
Selling local products to consumers who want to rediscover the flavors of our region is the goal I have set for myself.
