Family property since 1930, Château de Côts, located around thirty kilometers from Bordeaux, has been in Organic Farming since 1999 and in Biodynamics since 2020.
The vineyard is located on one of the best plateaus in the commune of Bayon-sur-Gironde. It benefits from exposure to southwest slopes and loamy clay-limestone soil. It extends over an area of 20 hectares, in one piece.
In July 2018, Rémi Bergon, the owner, created a 100% organic BOW Wine Cellar and Bar in Gauriac (wines from the Bordeaux and South West appellations, champagnes, crémants, beers, spirits and soft drinks).
