Former vineyard of Château de Roquetaillade from which it was detached in 1962, the Château Roquetaillade La Grange winery is located in Mazères, between Langon and Bazas. It dominates the Brion valley, at the gates of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park. Today operated by Bruno, Dominique and Pascal Guignard, the property is one of the largest in the Graves, with its 75 hectares of vines.
Centenarian presses, impressive barrel cellar on 6 heights, huge stainless steel vats... The visit is worthy of the history of the estate. After a convivial tasting of the wines of Château Roquetaillade La Grange, you cannot leave these places without visiting the Château de Roquetaillade, an imposing fortified complex erected by the nephew of Pope Clément V in the XNUMXth century and rehabilitated by the architect Viollet-le-Duc in the XNUMXth century.
