Chateau Lassalle

On a small road that crosses the vineyards between La Brède and Saint-Selve, Château Lassalle is located in the heart of the Graves, country of the illustrious writer Monstesquieu. Since 2005, Fabien Lalanne has taken over this family property which extends over 16 hectares of a gravelly hillside.
After a history of the property passed down from father to son for eight generations, your guide will explain to you the particularities of sustainable agriculture management of the vineyard. He then guides you through the state-of-the-art cellar, with a thermo-regulated stainless steel vat, a pneumatic press and the renovated cement vat, allowing the aging of red wines to be optimized. Your visit ends as it should in the beautiful reception room, where the bottles of Château Lassalle are particularly well showcased thanks to the exposed white stone walls.
