Located in Cardan in the land of castles and abbeys of Entre-deux-Mers, the Château du Payre is a 40-hectare wine estate that has been passed down from mother to daughter for five generations. Valérie Labrousse welcomes you to her house of blond stones and white shutters. After a short tour of the vineyards, which benefit from the south-facing orientation of the slopes on the right bank of the Garonne, admire the exceptional view of the Garonne Valley and the Landes.
Valérie Labrousse takes the opportunity to talk to you about the AOC Premières Côtes de Bordeaux, as well as the specifications of Terra Vitis, a quality approach to which the Château du Payre adheres. Then discover the cellar and end your visit with a tasting of wines produced and bottled on site:
