Want to taste and discover the oyster from the Bassin d'Arcachon? Romain Dupuyoo welcomes you all year round to his cellar located in the heart of the oyster-farming village of Le Canon on the Lège-Cap Ferret peninsula. Tasting at the cabin: accompanied by lemon, butter bread and served with a glass of fresh white Bordeaux wine, the oyster exalts all the flavors!
