Cyril has been an oyster farmer for 23 years. After several years spent on the La Teste market, he remodeled a friend's cabin at Port de Larros and baptized it Chez Mimi. The cabin is all that is more traditional with its authentic decor. Cyril offers prawns, whelks, Basque pâté and of course his oysters. Terrace overlooking the small typical port of Larros and breathtaking view of the salt meadows where the sunsets are incredible.
