Located in Cap Ferret, the Boulan house has been offering quality oysters that have won many awards at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris for 3 generations. Sale to take away for a tasting at home, on the boat, but also on site.
At the edge of the beach, facing the Conche du Mimbeau and the Dune du Pilat, the terrace is set up in the family garden. Under the tall palm trees, seated around small bistro tables, found here and there, you can taste a few flat or cupped oysters, a glass of white wine. When the weather cools, the service is provided in the dining room, near the wood stove.
