Want to taste and discover the oyster from the Bassin d'Arcachon?
Guillaume Fournier Laroque welcomes you, all year round, to his establishment located in the heart of the oyster farming village of L'Herbe on the Lège-Cap Ferret peninsula.
Tasting at the cabin: accompanied by lemon, butter bread and served with a glass of fresh white wine from Bordeaux, the oyster reveals all its flavors!
Opening
From 01/04 to 15/06 and from 01/10 to 30/10, every day from 11:30 a.m. to 16 p.m.
From 15/06 to 15/09, every day from 11:30 a.m. to 16 p.m. and from 18 p.m. to 22 p.m.
Closed in November and reopening for the Christmas holidays from 11:30 a.m. to 16 p.m.
