Christophe and Anne will make you discover through their explanations, the visit of the property and a tasting, a family winery which located on the hillsides of Entre-deux-Mers, has resolutely turned towards a conduct of the vine and a traditional and natural vinification which made it possible to obtain the certificate of Exploitation of High Environmental Value of level 3 which allows the use of the mention "from an exploitation with high environmental value" in accordance with the article D.617-4 of the CRPM and this without counting the QUALENVI certification in 2015 awarded to Independent Winegrowers, practicing viticulture of excellence in respect of the terroir and tradition and the commitment to apply the HACCP method which guarantees the traceability, safety and wholesomeness of wines.
