Tèrra Aventura, a life-size treasure hunt
This 100% free application, made in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, opens the doors to a huge treasure hunt. Enigmas and frenzied races are yours! To join the dance, all you have to do is download the geocaching application and choose your route according to the theme, the duration or simply the place you want to discover. There are more than 400 courses in New Aquitaine!

Loot to flush out
Over the puzzles, you collect numbers that form, in due time, the coordinates of the treasure. But, what is there to gain? Poï'z! These small characters with assertive characters and wacky stories are to be collected in the form of badges. Zouch, Zaméla, Zisséo, Zéroik… there are 35 of them and accompany you throughout your walk.
Bonuses for your collection, Zecolo encourages eco-responsible adventurers. If you come across waste on your way, put it in a bin, take a picture of this eco-citizen gesture and voila! By presenting the photograph in a partner tourist office, this new badge will be given to you as a reward.
Terra Aventura in Gironde
The Gironde is proud to have 41 Tèrra Aventura routes on its territory, including 2 cycling routes (Ziclo for the close friends). You can thus admire Bordeaux from Lormont, Cenon et Floirac, discover the colorful huts of Biganos on the Bassin d'Arcachon or even survey the Médoc Regional Natural Park in Lacanau ou Hourtin.
Our favorite routes:
- To start with little adventurers, we recommend the cache of Saint-Savin in Haute-Gironde, it is one of the smallest courses in Gironde. You can also retain Saint-Loubes and its 1,5 km route, ideal for giving the youngest confidence and having a good time with the family.
- As for the walkers, they will opt for Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle, and its 5 km stroll along the water's edge.
- In Gironde, history buffs won't be able to resist the call of the Vertheuil, Sainte-Foy-la-Grande, Castelmoron-d'Albret et Sainte-Croix-du-Mont.
- Finally, for budding oenologists, go to Bourg and Cranne Castle in Donzac to discover our irresistible Bordeaux vineyard.
New in Gironde:
Since July 2021 you can now discover Léognan, in Graves and Sauternes, a region dear to Montesquieu or join Creon et Sauve via a unique bike route. Arcachon Bay side La Teste-de-Buch now offers a route, just like Belin Beliet.
In 2022, Zahan appears in Pessac in the forest of Bourgailh. Finally, for the fall we are happy to introduce you to the newcomers: Zétoulu in La Brède and Zinzin in Sadirac.
