SAINT-GIRONS-D'AIGUEVIVES

The Boucle des Trias, offers walkers beautiful landscape and heritage discoveries. The vineyard, which is predominant on the territory, imposes its long symmetrical perspectives. On the hillsides, the multiple plots of vines with row orientations and different slopes give the landscape a marquetry effect. You will appreciate this landscape of vines from many points of view. Heritage reveals different faces here. It is monumental and religious as in Saint-Christoly de Blaye with its Romanesque church. It is industrial with the former Shoe Factory of Saint-Christoly. It is surprising with the Château Jussas and its partly medieval architecture or the Château Le Virou, a former monastery now a wine estate.
