From Maubuisson via Bombannes, and Carcans-Océan, this cycling tour will make you discover all the riches of Carcans: the lake, the Landes forest and the ocean. For 2 hours maximum, you will discover the fauna and flora of our beautiful region. Admire it and protect it.

The start
The departure for the Cavalles loop is from the Place du Pôle in Maubuisson opposite the Carcans-Maubuisson Tourist Office. Get on your bike and head towards the Domaine de Bombannes.

Domain of Bombannes
The arrival on the Domain, from the Maubuisson track, offers you a magnificent view of the lake. Cross the Estate while skirting the lake and admire its pretty conches and peaks. If you want to take a splash in the lake, don't hesitate. Head north of the Domaine and take the direction of Crohot des Cavales.

The Crohot des Cavales Forest House
From the Domaine de Bombannes to the forest house you will have the opportunity to admire the flora and fauna of the Landes forest. At the forest house, head towards Carcans-Plage along the dune cord.

Carcans-Ocean
Your arrival in Carcans-Plage is at the foot of the Dune. Attach your bike to the dedicated park and take the southern access to admire the beautiful waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Retrace your steps and head towards Maubuisson.
