Specially designed to accommodate two adults, this 37 m² duplex combines comfort, charm and authenticity. On the ground floor, the kitchen open to the living room leans on a large stone wall with a ceiling height of 5 meters, revealing the framework. The large bay window in the living room opens completely onto a private 20 m² terrace bordered by lavender, shrubs and vines.
Upstairs, mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (2) and breathtaking view of the vineyard. Semi-open bathroom on the bedroom with large walk-in shower.
