The gastronomy of the South-West as a whole will meet at the gourmet market of the Blayais Asparagus Festival. Between sweet and savory, many products await you and will satisfy the appetite of the greediest.
The queen of the party, asparagus from Blayais (IGP), will be represented on 5 stands. In order to make the most of on-site catering, the covered catering areas made available to you during the last edition will be back this year. All your senses will be satisfied in this way; between passionate producers at your service, street entertainment, free concerts, recipe demonstrations and chef battles.
