The quality approach

In addition to the ranking, three levels of advice are offered:

  1. For structures that wish to work primarily on reception and public information missions, on listening to customers as well as sustainable development, the label Generosity of the welcome was specifically set up. The standard is that of the Quality Tourism™ mystery visit, the first step before the full audit to obtain the State mark.          
  2. Reinforced support is offered for tourist offices wishing to obtain the national QUALITÉ TOURISME™ label.               
  3. The accompaniment of brand tracking for tourist offices already marked, compulsory for a validity of the mark for 5 years instead of 3.
  4. To date, 18 tourist offices hold the QUALITÉ TOURISME™ label in Gironde (64% of the network): Tourism Quality Logo
