When?
Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., excluding public holidays
How?
Two options, depending on what suits you best:

You can ask to be called back, mentioning your number and the subject of your request. Rest assured, your messages remain private, it's a conversation between you and us.

All Gironde tourism professionals.
On what subjects?
Those directly related to tourism and the proposed support measures. Some questions may be the subject of an immediate response, others, requiring research, will give rise to a deferred response.
Examples:
- I receive a cancellation for a stay, how do I respond?
- Can I accommodate in my vacation rental?
- The classification of my accommodation is no longer valid, what should I do?
- Can I renew my Accueil Vélo or Vignobles & Découvertes label?
