In the heart of La forêt d'art contemporain, you can admire trees… but not only! At the bend of a path you can come face to face with a work of art! Unusual no?
Since 2009, several visual artists have been inspired by this forest and have populated it with monumental works. Today, more than 20 works of art, which refer to the history and landscapes of the Landes, are visible throughout the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park. Within 10 years, 35 works will have grown over several tens of kilometres, thus transforming the forest into an open-air museum. The Forest of Contemporary Art is a privileged place to disconnect while spending a moment between culture and nature.
