The Saint-Eloi church is of Romanesque origin. Its primitive plan included an apse, preceded by a straight bay, a nave and a transept. Two side aisles were added, as well as a late XNUMXth century bell tower, placed to the east of the Romanesque apse. The sculpted Romanesque decor from the beginning of the XNUMXth century is of high quality: capitals adorned with water leaves, cornice sculpted with interlacing, palmettes, fleurons. The north apsidiole is covered with wall paintings from the end of the Middle Ages. On a background strewn with stars and flowers of carnations or lilies, made with stencil, we can distinguish above all three kneeling or standing figures who are holding an animal or objects which are perhaps candles.
