Built in the XNUMXth century, this watermill is emblematic of the many mills that dotted the Entre-Deux-Mers and which operated until the end of the XNUMXth century. Abandoned during the XNUMXth century, it is now in working order.
The only water mill in Gironde, producer of demonstration flour, it is maintained by volunteers from the association “Les Amis du Moulin de Pinquet” and won an award in the “Les Rubans du Patrimoine” competition.
Visit of the mill and start of the mechanism, demonstration of the grinding of the wheat with the passage of the milling in the sieve to obtain the flour.
