Entirely renovated in 2019, the Museum of Bordeaux constitutes within the Public Garden a place of wonder, a space for information, debates and exchanges on the place of Man in nature. The site, a beautiful 3th century private mansion, showcases a collection of 500 specimens carefully selected from the million owned by the museum, an evocation of the biodiversity of our planet.
Permanent route, art and science square, temporary exhibitions, multimedia show, workshops and various surprises make each visit a unique experience, for you, your children and even your toddlers with the space dedicated to children under 6 years old. A team of mediators will accompany you through the fascinating world of natural sciences.

Open Tuesday to Sunday, closed Monday.
Opening hours from April to September: 10:30 a.m. - 18 p.m.
Opening hours from October to March: 10:30 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.
Closed on public holidays except July 14 and August 15.
