Very beautiful Gothic style collegiate church, dating from the XNUMXth century.
Outdoor heritage interpretation trail.
Erected as a collegiate church by the pope in 1312, this former Romanesque sanctuary is today the burial place of Bertrand de Got, elected pope under the name of Clement V. It takes up the canons of the great Gothic constructions of the time. The recumbent figure of Pope Clement V is in white marble from the Pyrenees, finely carved, it is placed on a high sideboard of black marble.
