This summer, the Gironde department is offering you the tour of the Grand Dukes with a maximum of entertainment everywhere around you, free or at very low prices. A way to have fun to the rhythm of sport, nature or culture days and to punctuate your evenings throughout the summer season. Walks in natural spaces, sporting events, musical and theatrical scenes, nothing is too beautiful or too big for the Girondins and passing guests.
For sports enthusiasts: CAP 33 activities
More than 100 disciplines to practice together with friends or family. CAP 33 centers offer sports and activities in all their forms: collective, aquatic, nautical sports, fitness and also combine environment and culture... the choice is vast and the list is long.
For lovers of wide open spaces: nature outings
On the program: walks or bike rides, discovery outings in sensitive natural areas with a naturalist guide, exhibitions, but also rides on wheels for pushchairs or people with reduced mobility in wheelchairs. Ideas for outings from 30 minutes to half a day on specially adapted loops are to be discovered.
For lovers of culture and shows: the Summer Scenes
The essential of the Girondin entertainment scene brings together more than 360 spectators each year, of all generations around a hundred shows: 000 festivals, 60 groups and companies.
And to top it all off, cultural events focusing on heritage and history, such as sound and light shows, open-air cinema sessions, Léo festivals, etc.
